Cancellation Policy
If you do not give 24 hours notice to cancel, you will be charged 50% of the total service cost to the card on file. If you no show your appointment or cancel the same day, you will be charged 100% of the total service cost to the card on file. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, it may be a shortened service.
